- Unlimited Golf: Enjoy unlimited green fees at both Lakes and Forest courses, any day of the week, all year. Tee time reservations are required (see details below). Platinum Passholders play completely free at Lakes (cart included), and at Forest just pay a small cart fee. Gold Passholders play for free (no green fee) but pay a cart fee at both courses. (See cart fees by course below.)

Passholders’ guests receive a 10% discount off the regular 18-hole green fee when playing with the Passholder (limit 3 guests per visit). Note: Guests still pay applicable cart fees and must adhere to all club rules.
- Pro Shop Discounts: Enjoy a 10% discount on merchandise purchases in our golf shop all year. This applies to apparel, shoes, and accessories (even special orders). (Sorry, it can’t be combined with other promos or sale prices, and not applicable to food & beverage.)

Eagles Annual Passholder Program – Detailed Rules & Conditions (2026)
These rules and conditions explain the terms of the Annual Passholder Program in plain language. They’re designed to ensure all Passholders have a great experience while keeping the program fair and sustainable. By using your Annual Pass, you agree to the following:
1. Definitions
- “Passholder” – The person who has purchased or is assigned an Eagles Annual Pass. For a Family Pass, “Passholders” are the named individuals (adult or junior) enrolled under that pass. Only those individuals have Passholder privileges.
- “Family Pass” – A pass covering up to 4 family members (spouse/partner and/or dependent children under 18) living in the same household. All family members must be named at the time of purchase.
- “Guest” – An individual who is not a Passholder, but is playing a round with a Passholder. Guests are eligible for certain discounts when accompanying Passholders (see Section 5).
- “Club” or “The Eagles” – Refers to The Eagles Golf Club and its facilities, including the Lakes Course, Forest Course, practice areas, clubhouse, and staff.
- “Program” – Refers to the Eagles Annual Passholder Program for the year 2026, including all rules, benefits, and conditions outlined in this document.
2. Pass Term and Validity
- Term: The 2026 Annual Pass is valid from January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026, regardless of purchase date. (If you join mid-year, you still get access until year-end 2026, but there is no prorated pricing for a shorter term.)
- Activation: Pass benefits become active upon purchase. If purchased online, your pass is active immediately in our system – just check in with ID the first time so we can set up your photo/account.
- Renewal for 2027: Annual Passes are not automatically renewing. As the year ends, Passholders will be given an opportunity to renew for the next year’s program. We typically open renewal and new sales in the fall for the following year. Passholders in good standing may get a renewal incentive. If you do not renew, the pass will expire and benefits end after Dec 31, 2026.
- No Refunds: Annual Pass purchases are final. The program is heavily discounted to encourage frequent play, so we cannot offer refunds if you decide to stop using your pass. Exceptions are very limited (e.g. a serious medical disability or relocating out of the area) and any consideration of refunds or credits is at the sole discretion of Club management (fees may apply to cover the value of rounds played).
3. Membership Privileges and Limitations
- Unlimited Green Fees: Passholders do not pay green fees for their rounds at The Eagles. This covers 18-hole and 9-hole rounds. However, a Passholder round must be booked and played in accordance with all club rules (e.g. tee time required, can’t just walk on). “Unlimited” is subject to course availability – see tee time rules below.
- Cart Fees & Walking: Passholders are responsible for cart fees as outlined in the summary. If you choose to ride, please check in at the Pro Shop to pay the applicable cart fee before your round. If you walk, be mindful of pace and any walking restrictions in effect. Cart fees and policies may be adjusted by the Club with notice (for example, if fuel costs or other factors change). We will communicate any changes to Passholders, but generally, the fees listed are set for the 2026 season.
- Family Pass Usage: Family Pass members have equal privileges, but note that only immediate family as defined (spouse/partner, and children <18) are allowed on the pass. We do not allow swapping or rotating friends/extended family on a family pass. Family Pass members may play together or separately – each member’s usage is counted individually as part of the program. A family member must present ID or be personally known to staff, just like an individual Passholder.
- Non-Transferability: Your pass is for you only. Passholders may not share or transfer their benefits to others. For example, you cannot book a tee time under your name and send someone else in your place. Attempting to do so is grounds for termination of the pass. Staff may ask to see photo ID to verify identity at any time. If a Passholder is unable to play, their benefits do not extend to friends or family (unless those individuals are named Family Pass members).
- Club Property: The pass card (if issued) remains club property and must be returned upon request. The pass is a revocable license to access the course under these terms – it is not an ownership stake or any form of equity membership in the club.
4. Tee Time Reservations
- Booking Window: Passholders may book tee times up to 14 days in advance. This is a key benefit of the program. Public golfers currently have a 7-day booking window, so use your head start to secure popular slots.
- How to Book: Tee times can be booked online via our website or by calling the Pro Shop. To get your Passholder privileges, you must log in to our booking system with your Passholder account or identify yourself as a Passholder on the call. (Online, your account will recognize you and allow the extended booking window and waive green fee charges.) If you have any issues booking within your window, please contact us – we’re here to help.
- Concurrent Bookings: Passholders (Single) may hold up to two future tee times at a time. Once one is used, you can book another. (Family Pass: each member can have up to two future bookings; e.g. a couple could have four total if each has two.) This ensures fair access for all Passholders. If you have special scheduling needs, talk to our staff – we can be flexible for important occasions, but generally we enforce this “2 on the books” rule.
- Peak Time Restrictions: The Annual Pass is valid for play at all times the courses are open, with no blackout dates. However, the club reserves the right to designate certain high-demand days or times as restricted for Passholder bookings if necessary to accommodate outside events or public demand. (For example, if a holiday morning is in extremely high demand, we might limit Passholder advance bookings in that window.) Such instances are rare and we will communicate clearly if this ever happens. On a day-to-day basis, Passholders can book any open tee time. Do note that league play or tournaments on the schedule might block some times – see Section 7 on outings and course closures.
- Pairing Policy: To help us maximize tee sheet usage, Passholders booking as a single or twosome may be paired with other golfers. You’re welcome to arrange your own group, but if you don’t have a foursome, we might fill the rest of the tee time with other players (Passholders or public). Refusal to join with others (or insisting on going alone in a tee time) is not permitted under the program – part of the great golf experience is meeting fellow golfers! We appreciate your understanding.
- Check-In: Please check in at the Pro Shop at least 20 minutes before your tee time. This allows time to settle any fees (cart, guest fees, etc.) and keeps us on schedule. If you have not checked in by your tee time, the club reserves the right to give your spot to waiting players. If you’re running late, a quick call can sometimes hold your spot (if the schedule allows), but otherwise you may be marked as a no-show. Chronic lateness or no-shows will be addressed per the cancellation policy below.
- No-Show & Cancellation Policy: We ask Passholders to treat tee times as a commitment – if you can’t make it, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance (preferably more). You can cancel online or call the shop. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) and no-shows prevent others from playing and hurt the club’s operation. Therefore:
- The first no-show or late cancellation will result in a friendly reminder of the policy.
- Subsequent no-shows/late cancels will incur a $25 no-show fee per player booked, charged to your credit card on file. (Example: you booked a foursome and no one shows – that’s four slots; you’d be charged 4 x $25.)
- Repeated issues may lead to suspension of booking privileges or, in extreme cases, cancellation of your pass without refund.
These measures are not meant to be punitive – we simply need to ensure tee times are used or freed up for others. We do understand emergencies happen; if there’s an extraordinary circumstance, talk to us and we’ll be reasonable.
- Weather Cancellations: If the course or specific tee times are closed by us (e.g. due to heavy rain or lightning), those don’t count as no-shows of course, and no fees will be charged. If you’re unsure about weather, you can call to verify if we’re open. We generally do not charge no-show fees if play is clearly unplayable or dangerous due to weather.
5. Guests and Family
- Guest Play: We love when Passholders bring guests – it’s a great way to socialize and introduce new players to The Eagles. Guests playing with a Passholder receive a 10% discount on the standard posted green fee. To get the discount, the Passholder should book the tee time including themselves and the guest(s), or inform staff at check-in. There is a limit of 3 discounted guests per Passholder per tee time (basically, your foursome). If you somehow have more than 3 guests at once, the others would pay normal rates. Guest green fee discounts can’t be combined with other offers.
- Guests must pay the applicable cart fee and any other charges (the discount is on green fee only).
- The Passholder needs to accompany the guests – you can’t send your friends to play on their own at a discount without you there. (If we find a Passholder booked a time and sent guests without attending, those guests will be charged full rate and it could jeopardize your pass status.)
- Family Pass Usage: For families enrolled together, each family member has Passholder privileges. Family members can play together or separately – e.g. a teenager on the family pass can come play without the parents, that’s totally fine. However, non-family guests of a family member are treated as guests (eligible for the 10% discount if with the Passholder). The family pass doesn’t extend beyond the named people.
- If one family member is playing and the others are not, the non-playing family members are, of course, welcome to ride along or spectate if appropriate (subject to cart availability and a rider fee if applicable). But they should check in as a rider.
- Changing Family Members: Once a Family Pass is purchased, the members cannot be changed or swapped mid-year except in case of a major life change (e.g. you had a child who turned 18 and went to college – we’re not going to add a new adult friend in their place; or if spouses divorce and one will take the membership – talk to us, we’ll handle case-by-case). Generally, the people listed are the ones who use it for the year.
6. Conduct and Course Etiquette
Being a Passholder is a privilege, and we ask that you lead by example in following all club rules and respecting our facility and staff.
- Club Rules Apply: Passholders and their guests must abide by all the standard rules of The Eagles Golf Club. This includes dress code (proper golf attire, no denim, collared shirts for men, etc.), pace of play guidelines (typically ~4 hour rounds; keep up with the group ahead), cart rules (obey cart path only signs, 90-degree rule when in effect, no driving in restricted areas like near greens or tees, etc.), and all posted notices. If you’re unsure of any policy, please ask a staff member or refer to the signs/scorecard info.
- Behavior: We expect Passholders to conduct themselves with sportsmanship and courtesy. Profanity, club-throwing, or temper tantrums that disturb others are not acceptable. Abuse or harassment of our staff or other players will not be tolerated under any circumstances. The same goes for guests you bring – you are responsible for ensuring your guests follow the rules and treat everyone respectfully.
- Alcohol & Smoking: Outside alcohol is not permitted (by law, all alcohol must be purchased from our beverage cart or bar). Please drink responsibly on the course. If a Passholder or guest becomes intoxicated and disruptive, we will intervene (which could include ending your play for the day or worse). Smoking is allowed only in designated areas or outdoors away from others – please be mindful and dispose of butts properly. No smoking where it’s prohibited (e.g. indoor areas, near fuel storage, etc.).
- Damage and Liability: Passholders will be held responsible for any damage they or their guests cause to the course, carts, or facilities (outside of normal wear-and-tear). For example, if you hit a ball and break a neighbor’s window or damage a cart by driving improperly, you will need to cover the damage. By using the pass, you assume liability for your actions. The club is not responsible for loss or injury to you stemming from inherent risks of golf. (We have insurance, but you agree that golfing involves some risk – e.g. errant shots – and you can’t hold us liable for those inherent risks).
- Safety: Always observe safety guidelines. Lightning policy: when the horn sounds or play is suspended due to lightning or dangerous weather, you must cease play immediately and seek shelter. (Your pass round can be finished later or we’ll rain-check you if needed.) Also, for your safety, no horseplay with carts or on course features, and no swimming in water hazards (yes, we have to say that!). Wildlife: The Eagles has natural areas; give wide berth to any alligators or wild animals you encounter – do not approach or feed any wildlife.
- Course Care: Please help us maintain great course conditions. Passholders are expected to set an example by fixing ball marks, replacing or sanding divots, raking bunkers, and disposing of trash properly. We know you will take pride in your home courses!
- Enforcement: If a Passholder or their guest violates club rules or these program terms, club management may take action. This can include a verbal or written warning, suspension of pass privileges for a period, or in cases of serious or repeated misconduct, revocation of the Annual Pass with no refund. The General Manager will review serious infractions and make the final decision. We truly hope never to cancel anyone’s pass, but we must have that right to protect our staff, property, and other patrons. In any disciplinary situation, Passholders will have an opportunity to discuss the issue with management.
7. Course Availability and Closures
- Regular Course Access: Your pass is valid during all normal operating hours of the courses. We typically have tee times from early morning to late afternoon (exact hours vary by season). The practice range is usually open from sunrise until a bit before sunset (to allow picking). These hours are posted and updated seasonally.
- Outings and Events: The club hosts tournaments, leagues, and events throughout the year. On such days, course availability for Passholders may be limited. For example, if we have a charity scramble in the morning, public and passholder play might only be available in the afternoon. We will post schedules of known events in advance (on our website event calendar and clubhouse bulletin). Passholders are encouraged to participate in club tournaments (additional fees may apply), but unless you’re in the event, you can’t play the course during an event’s reserved times.
- Maintenance: We have to perform maintenance (like aeration, overseeding, etc.) at certain times. We usually rotate course closures (e.g. Lakes course might close for 2 days while Forest remains open, then vice versa). Notice of maintenance schedules will be communicated when possible. Passholders do not receive refunds or extensions for maintenance days, as they are a normal part of golf operations, but we do try to minimize disruption.
- Weather Closures: Florida weather can be unpredictable. If conditions (heavy rain, lightning, flooded greens, etc.) require us to close or delay play, we will do so for everyone’s safety and course protection. We may close one or both courses if needed. Passholders aren’t entitled to any refund due to weather since it’s beyond our control, but of course you can reschedule your round. If you’re ever in doubt, feel free to call the Pro Shop to check conditions.
- Course Changes: We reserve the right to adjust course access or the schedule as needed. In extreme cases (like damage to a course, or a pandemic mandate, etc.), we might have to change how passes can be used. We’ll always communicate clearly via email or phone if something unusual affects your pass usage.
8. Passholder Check-In & ID Verification
- ID Requirements: Passholders (including each family member on a family pass) should be prepared to show a photo ID at check-in, especially for the first few visits or if staff are unfamiliar with you. This is to prevent misuse. After we get to know you, you might not be asked frequently, but please understand if our staff still ask – it’s part of our policy.
- Photo on File: We may request to take your photo to attach to your member profile in our system. This helps our team verify identity quickly (and puts a face to the name for our hospitality efforts!). The photo will be kept securely and used only for ID verification. If you prefer not to have a photo on file, then a physical photo ID will be required each visit.
- Membership Card: The Eagles will issue an Annual Passholder card for your convenience. This card is personalized and may include your name and member number. You should present this card when checking in for golf or claiming other benefits (like discounts in the shop). Important: The card alone does not validate your identity – if asked, you must also present matching photo ID. The card remains property of the club. Lost cards should be reported; a replacement fee may apply for reprinting.
- Fraudulent Use: Any attempt to misrepresent identity or allow others to use your pass benefits is considered fraud and will result in immediate pass revocation. For example, if a friend finds your card and tries to use it, or if you book a tee time under your name for someone else – not okay. Please guard your membership card as you would a driver’s license or credit card. We do track usage and if something looks fishy (like “you” playing 36 holes at the same time on two courses…), we will investigate.
9. Payment and Account
- Payment Plans: If you choose the monthly payment option, payments will be automatically charged to the credit card you provide. Charges occur on the same date each month as your purchase date (e.g. if you purchase on Jan 5, your subsequent payments will be around the 5th of each month). It is your responsibility to ensure the card remains valid and has funds.
- Payment Default: If a scheduled payment is declined or missed, we will reach out to you. Pass benefits may be suspended until the payment issue is resolved. If payments are more than 30 days overdue, the Club reserves the right to cancel the pass. We’ll try to work with you first, but maintaining timely payments is part of the agreement.
- Credit Card on File: Even if you pay in full, we require a credit card to be kept securely on file for any incidental charges (guest fees, no-show fees, etc.). By joining the program, you authorize The Eagles to charge your card for such fees as described in these rules. We will always attempt to notify you when a charge is made (e.g. emailing a receipt for a no-show fee).
- Taxes: Sales tax is applied to the pass fees. Monthly payments will have the tax prorated across payments. Other purchases (guest fees, shop purchases) will have tax as applicable. Unfortunately, there’s no getting around Uncle Sam!
10. Changes to Program or Benefits
The Eagles Golf Club intends to deliver all the benefits and privileges described for the entire 2026 season. However, the Club reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the Annual Passholder Program if necessary. This could include adjusting a policy, benefit, or fee. (For example, if a new law affects our operations, or if we find an issue that needs mid-year correction.)
Any significant change will be communicated to Passholders in writing (email or mail) at least 30 days in advance. Minor operational tweaks (like an adjustment in check-in procedure) may be communicated as needed. Our goal is not to take away core benefits – this clause is mainly to cover unforeseen circumstances.
In the unlikely event the program must be suspended or terminated early (e.g. due to something drastic), the Club will make appropriate prorated compensation or arrangements for Passholders. Again, this is a worst-case scenario and not anticipated.
11. Communication and Notices
- Primary Contact: The primary means of communication for Passholder matters will be email. Please provide a valid email address that you check regularly. Important announcements, renewal info, or updates will be sent via email. We promise not to spam – communications will be relevant to your membership. If you’d also like text notifications for urgent updates (like course closures), you can opt in by providing a mobile number.
- Account Info: It’s the Passholder’s responsibility to keep us updated with your current contact information (email, phone, mailing address). If you change email addresses mid-year, let us know so you don’t miss any notices. We’re not responsible for communications that fail to reach you if you haven’t updated your info.
- Questions/Issues: For any questions about your pass benefits or rules, you can contact our Membership Services at membership@eaglesgolf.com or call 813-920-6681. We’re happy to clarify anything or discuss any special circumstances.
- Feedback: We welcome feedback on the program. If you have suggestions or feel something isn’t working well, please shoot us an email or drop by the office. The Annual Pass program is for our valued customers, and we want to continuously improve it.
12. Termination of Pass by Club
While we hope to never have to revoke a pass, the Club does retain the right to terminate any Passholder’s participation in the program for cause:
Causes for termination include, but aren’t limited to: serious or repeated violations of club rules or these terms, fraudulent use of the pass, non-payment of dues or fees, or conduct that is harmful to the club’s reputation or safety of others.
If a pass is terminated for cause, the Passholder will be notified in writing. No refund of fees will be given if the termination is due to misconduct or breach of terms on the Passholder’s part.
The Club also reserves the right to decline renewal for a subsequent year if a Passholder has been problematic, but again, this is rare and we aim to resolve issues rather than end memberships.
13. Legal Stuff
By participating in the Annual Passholder Program, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You release The Eagles Golf Club and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability for injuries or losses incurred on the premises, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence. You assume the inherent risks of golf voluntarily.
- You agree to binding arbitration of any disputes arising from this agreement or your use of the pass, to be conducted in the locale of the club (this just means we’ll handle any serious disputes out of court in a fair arbitration process).
- You will indemnify the club for any claims arising from your own actions (for example, if you damage something or injure someone due to not following rules, and they sue the club, you’d protect the club from that).
- These terms (and the general club rules) constitute the entire understanding of the program; any waiver or grace we might extend in one case doesn’t mean we waive our rights generally.
- If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable by law, the rest of the terms remain in effect.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using an Eagles Annual Pass, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all the terms and conditions above. This agreement is binding upon you and the Club for the duration of your pass term. If you ever have any questions about the rules, please ask – we’re here to help you enjoy your time at The Eagles!
Thank You for Being a Passholder! We truly value your commitment to The Eagles Golf Club. Our team is dedicated to delivering a fantastic experience for our Annual Passholders. We ask that you likewise uphold these rules and represent the club in the best light. Here’s to a great year of golf in 2026 – see you on the tee!
