About The Lakes Course
The Lakes Course provides a more traditional look and feel. It takes accurate ball striking and length to successfully navigate this interesting layout.
An abundance of water inspired the moniker for this course. Water comes into play on virtually every hole. This 18-hole course measures over 7,000 yards and is more like the traditional Florida course with “Champion” Bermuda greens and generous driving areas.
Both nines of The Lakes start out with unique par-5’s that challenge golfers to use their creativity and shot-making ability. The first hole is a twisting, turning par five around a majestic oak in the right center of the fairway. The 10th hole is a dogleg par five which hugs the aqua range from tee to green where a perfectly placed tee shot allows you to go for it in two. ; Starting with a birdie is a great way to begin either side.
