A 4 course dinner paired with some of Duckhorn Winery’s best wines. $65 per person. Hosted by Southern wine and spirits, Tracy Hodapp from Duckhorn wines and Food and Beverage Director Jan Halbreich. We will be tasting The Duckhorn Sauvignon Blanc with a perfectly paired Citrus Salad, the Migration Pinot Noir paired with a wild mushroom pate over crostinis, the Postmark Cabernet Sauvignon paired with Grilled lamb Chops, Charred Brussel sprouts and au gratin baked potatoes, and finally the Paraduxx Red Blend paired with a blackberry short cake for desert.
